Please be assured that our supply chain is fully staffed and functioning, so you can be confident that we have the products you need when you need them. In addition, we have implemented a remote work plan to protect our employees’ safety and ensure the entire team is ready and able to support you and your patients. 

We are also following the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) to avoid unnecessary travel and gatherings with many people. We will continue to monitor the environment closely and make the appropriate adjustments as the situation dictates. To support you during this time we will be offering the following additional services:

Direct shipment of supplies to your patients:
With your direction, Widex will help you manage your patients’ needs by shipping supplies directly to them. This includes accessories like wax guards, batteries, and replacement DEX™ devices that don’t require pairing to the patient’s hearing aids.

Easy shipment for repairs:
Additionally, we can support you by printing and emailing ICS labels for your patients who need repairs – you handle the billing, and we will handle the logistics of the transport and repair.
